I had a blast with Pepper and Jim out in Weston, Missouri to take engagement photos on the grounds of the Holladay Distillery. It was my first time out in Weston, but I was total down for a little adventure! Holladay Distillery has beautiful, peaceful grounds. They definitely have the wine and relax vibe down. All three of us are outdoorsy, so Pepper and Jim didn’t think twice about walking (and maybe a little bit of climbing) around the grounds. I’m a happy photographer when couples will step off the beaten path for photos!
The two had a romantic date at Holladay Distillery on Valentine’s Day. If you’re looking for a special Valentine’s Day evening with delicious (and huge portions) , amazing drinks (made ON LOCATION), and a very cool lantern-lit tour of the distillery, check this place out.
What I love about photographing these two was how relaxed they are. They were so laid-back and comfortable with each other. I swear it seemed like they have been together longer than they really have! I am so excited to document the day they officially promise forever to each other!
One of the things I’m most excited to document is both of their daughters being involved in the celebration. How precious is that? I love seeing families come together, especially in the name of love! I won’t spoil the details of the day, but keep an eye out for photos of Pepper and Jim’s beautiful day soon!
